Stamp Duty & Legal Fees

STAMP DUTY and LEGAL FEE
will incur in both agreements as below:

1. Sales and purchase agreement (SPA)

2. Loan agreement (only applicable for housing loan)

Other than 10% downpayment, purchasers should take into consideration for the amount to pay for stamp duty and legal fees.

** For first time house buyer,  stamp duty  fully exempted if your property price is less than RM300,000
** Professional Legal Fees is subject for 6% of government tax.
** Disbursement Fees estimation to be ranging of RM1000-RM1500.00

For example:

If the property price is RM550,000.00, the calculation for Sales & Purchase Agreement as below:

For example:

If the property price is RM550,000.00, loan margin is 90%,  the calculation for Loan Agreement as below:
